Sound Wellness Center offers outpatient mental health services for adults, children, and adolescents and community integration services known as psychiatric rehabilitation services for both children and adults. All our programs are CARF Accredited.
Our Goal
- To be holistic in nature, ensuring the needs and rights of all persons mentally, psychologically, physiologically, socially, spiritually, and culturally.
- To provide an atmosphere of learning and re-socialization conducive to the development of independent living skills.
- To facilitate independent living situations when possible and provide continued support and training for the same.
- To assist all persons at the point of their own individual levels of functioning without bias or preconception regarding any characteristics or traits.
- To provide persons with an understanding of community resources and social support systems and the means of utilizing the same.
- To promote an appreciation for the concepts of community and interdependence with the program serving as a microcosm of society.
- To continually redefine itself as a forum for personal involvement, and exchange of ideas: program development, individual treatment planning, and other individualized services.
- To be a model of compassion, integrity, and professionalism within the mental health field and community.
