As a Clinical Professor at Yale School of Nursing, Dr. Linda Allibalogun plays an integral role in shaping the next generation of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs). In addition, she has precepted both master’s and doctoral students during their clinical practicums, guiding them through their dissertation processes in accordance with their curriculum to help them achieve their terminal degree. Dr. Allibalogun also serves as a clinical professor at other esteemed institutions, including Chamberlain University, Liberty University, Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, and Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. Dr. Omobo is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience working with patients struggling with mental health across the lifespan. He has worked as a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse in various settings, including Sheppard Pratt, Home health, Addiction, long term care, and outpatient psychiatry. He is experienced in treating and evaluating a broad range of psychiatric disorders including anxiety and depression, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, and other psychotic disorders. One of his main goals as a practitioner is to advocate for his patients, provide awareness about mental health and to remove stigma around mental illness. He believes in empowering his patients to be more active and involved in their treatment plans with the goal of improving their quality of life.

Her strong time management and organizational skills, coupled with a deep understanding of numerous disease processes and treatments, allow her to deliver competent, safe, and high-quality patient-centered care.

She currently serves as a provider at an outpatient mental health clinic in Columbia, MD, where she manages psychiatric care on a part-time basis. Artu Mutada

Artu Mutada MSN, PMHNP-BC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Artu is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with vast experience in psychiatric nursing, hospice care, and medical-surgical settings. She has worked at Resonance Mental Health Services in Baltimore, Maryland, where she provided comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapy to individuals with complex mental health needs.
In addition to her advanced practice role, Artu served as a practitioner at Kelly Collaborative Medical Respite in Rockville, MD, where she coordinated admissions and collaborated with hospitals, physicians, and the Department of Health to ensure seamless transitions for clients recovering from substance use disorders and severe mental illness. Her holistic approach integrated medical care, mental health stabilization, and patient education to promote successful reintegration into the community.
Throughout her career, Artu held a range of leadership and clinical roles, including RN Case Manager with Amedisys Hospice, Psychiatric Nurse with Maxim Healthcare, and Travel Nurse with All staff Services, where she served on Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Psychiatric units during the COVID-19 pandemic. Shetarah is an accomplished administrative professional with over a decade of experience managing complex operations in healthcare, higher education, and government settings. Her career includes extensive work with the Maryland Department of Health and the Maryland Board of Nursing, where she oversaw licensure processing, human resources administration, compliance reviews, and performance improvement initiatives. Erika McMillan is a dedicated office assistant and second-year Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Medicine at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). She brings to the team a strong background in healthcare and psychology, with over three years of experience as a medical assistant, receptionist, and mental health technician.
At UMBC, Erika serves as a doctoral trainee clinician at the university’s psychology training clinic, where she provides evidence-based care while studying the effects of psychopathology and health on brain injuries. Her professional strengths include organization, multitasking, and creative problem-solving, which she applies to ensure efficient and compassionate support in clinical and administrative settings.

Jamie brings a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and patient-centered care coordination to Sound Wellness Center. With extensive experience in outpatient mental health administration, Jamie excels at building efficient systems, fostering collaborative teams, and enhancing access to behavioral health services.
As Lead Program Administrator at Divine Counseling LLC, Jamie supervised a team of seven program administrators, streamlining workflows, reducing no-show rates, and improving intake completion by managing high volumes of referrals and insurance authorizations. Her proactive approach to problem-solving and client communication ensured seamless care coordination between providers and patients.
Prior to her work in outpatient mental health, Jamie served as an Operations Specialist at Diamond Medical Laboratories, where she spearheaded a mobile healthcare initiative that improved diagnostic access for more than 1,500 homebound individuals, maintained 100% HIPAA compliance, and optimized operational efficiency for field technicians. Lorrene Muñoz is a seasoned healthcare professional with an extensive experience in behavioral health leadership and rehabilitation programming. With a strong foundation in psychiatric rehabilitation, Lorrene is passionate about empowering clients through evidence-based interventions, collaborative care, and recovery-oriented support.
Before joining Sound Wellness Center, Lorrene served as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Supervisor at the University of Maryland Medical System’s Harbor City Unlimited Program, where she developed and implemented systems to enhance client engagement and program efficiency. Her work included leading billing and payment denial audits, integrating recovery-based programming, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Previously, Lorrene held multiple leadership positions at Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, where she advanced from Supported Employment Specialist to Behavioral Health Program Manager. During her tenure, she coordinated state compliance initiatives, managed data-driven performance evaluations, oversaw multi-site program accreditation, and trained behavioral health teams in service authorizations and documentation standards.

Anyah Morgan PRP Administrative Support/PRP Intake Specialist
Introducing Anyah Morgan, our newest member at Sound Wellness Center! Anyah joins us as Administrative PRP Support for the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). She will be the primary contact for our clients, assisting with intake forms, identifying their strengths and needs, and guiding them through orientation and consent processes. Anyah plays a crucial role in connecting potential clients with PRP specialists, authorization coordinators, and counselors, ensuring personalized care for each adult client and their families through our PRP program.
Although new to the field, Anyah has quickly adapted to our processes and become an essential part of our team. Prior to her current role, Schola worked as a PRP Counselor with Golden Hand Healthcare in Baltimore, Maryland, where she managed a high-volume caseload of adult clients, conducted psychosocial assessments, and developed individualized rehabilitation plans aligned with recovery goals. In this role, she provided ongoing counseling focused on coping strategies, emotional regulation, life skills development, and medication adherence, while collaborating closely with medication management providers, therapists, and community partners to ensure coordinated care. In her previous role as an Authorization Manager at Alpha Hope New Life Health Services, Debra oversaw patient authorization processes while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and secure access control standards. She worked closely with IT teams to manage user access permissions, maintain audit-ready documentation, and streamline onboarding procedures to align system access with staff responsibilities.

She brings a strong background in payment integrity, claims examination, denial management, and revenue optimization across behavioral health and medical settings, with a consistent record of improving cash flow performance and billing accuracy.
Throughout her career, Lakisha has held senior-level roles focused on end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including Payment Management Analyst, Business Process Consultant, and Administrative Manager within behavioral health and healthcare organizations. In these roles, she has led payment posting and reconciliation processes, strengthened ERA/EFT enrollment performance, reduced claim denials, and developed billing policies and quality assurance frameworks that enhanced operational efficiency and compliance. Her expertise also includes insurance claims review, Medicare and payer eligibility verification, contractual adjustments, and appeals management.

Kimberly assumes the role of Clinical Supervisor for all LMSWs and LGPCs requiring clinical supervision, offering invaluable guidance and mentorship to emerging social work professionals and certified professional counselors. As a Maryland board-approved supervisor for social workers and certified professional counselors, Kimberly plays a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of future practitioners in the field.

Raquel’s educational journey towards becoming a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) began at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland, where she earned her M.S. in Social Work in 2011. She obtained her licensure. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Delaware State University in Dover, DE, where she was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. Her academic achievements have laid the foundation for her impressive career.
Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including counseling services, case management, office management, crisis intervention, program development, and training. Raquel is known for her ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams, consistently achieving success through her responsible and rapport-building approach. One of Raquel’s significant roles in the past was as a Clinical Social Worker at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she provided acute psychological and behavioral stabilization and supported geriatric patients with mental illness during acute episodes. She utilized solution-focused therapy principles to address psychosocial needs, worked with patients’ families and support systems, and facilitated safe community re-entry. Raquel has also worked for the Baltimore County Department of Aging, where she provided daily consultation to staff at senior centers, addressing mental health matters involving members. She conducted and facilitated groups focusing on mental health topics and played a crucial role in the Aging Mastery Program for seniors.

Labria Terrell is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor at Sound Wellness Center, bringing a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and behavioral challenges. She works with clients ages 10 and up and she is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to reach their goals.
Labria holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bowie State University. Her clinical training was completed at Lartey Wellness Group (The Jon Thomas Group), where she provided individual therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and developed personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
With over eight years of experience in behavioral health, Labria’s professional background includes roles such as Lead Residential Counselor at Baltimore Crisis Response Inc., Service Coordinator at The Coordinating Center, and Case Manager at Beatrice Loving Heart. In these roles, she has consistently demonstrated strong skills in crisis intervention, case coordination, person-centered planning, and advocacy for diverse client populations. Her experience includes conducting intakes, individual psychotherapy, family counseling and couple counseling managing several client caseloads, conducting home visits, resolving service-related crises, and supporting clients in navigating complex systems of care.
