Dr. Linda Allibalogun is a doctoral-prepared, dual board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is the owner and CEO at Sound Wellness Center. She has worked in various health settings, including inpatient psychiatry, ER acute care, long term care, prison system, Crisis Intervention, home health, substance abuse, education, and outpatient psychiatry. She is highly experienced in treating and evaluating a broad range of psychiatric disorders including anxiety and depression, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, and other psychotic disorders. She is the founding CEO for a non-profit 501© organization here in Owings mills, where she provides wellness services for undocumented immigrants and their families. With her extensive experience and well-versed knowledge, she currently serves as a Medical Director for a non-profit outpatient clinic in Pikesville, where she provides trauma-informed mental health and wellness services for victim-survivors of sexual trauma, and relationship violence. She has a strong clinical skill enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. She is organized clinically and able to provide sound clinical judgement in difficult situations. She is highly productive, self-motivated and team oriented with a positive attitude. During her leisure time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

He is experienced in treating and evaluating a broad range of psychiatric disorders including anxiety and depression, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, and other psychotic disorders. One of his main goals as a practitioner is to advocate for his patients, provide awareness about mental health and to remove stigma around mental illness. He believes in empowering his patients to be more active and involved in their treatment plans with the goal of improving their quality of life.

She earned her post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Liberty University. She is a highly skilled healthcare practitioner with an aptitude for patient assessment and developing treatment plans for patients with chronic medical and psychiatric conditions involving all age ranges. Dr. Afful is an exceptional mental health practitioner with remarkable skills, including being an assertive listener and communicator. She is empathetic, understanding, and confident and maintains confidentiality with many years of experience. Other areas of her work has been with Active-Duty Military members/family and Veterans. She employs evidence-based practice, active listening, and understanding mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plan to help clients achieve their mental health goals. She is dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Helen’s approach is to provide a holistic care by providing whole person experience by designing individual treatment plan to help each and every patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. She has over 15 years of nursing experience across variety of setting including home health, inpatient, outpatient clinics, and psychiatric facilities. She has a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals with Major Depression, Bipolar Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Substance Use disorders, Personality disorders, eating disorders, Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective disorders, attention deficit disorders and other chronic mental illness. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With her experience with inpatient and outpatient, she is very proactive in handling challenging and crises situations. Her attentive listening and compassionate nature are great qualities in caring for her patients.
