Sound Wellness Center’s Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) provides a wide range of mental health services to all individuals seeking mental health services. Our core mission is to deliver exceptional and high-quality care to each patient, their families, and our entire community. We are committed to eradicating the stigma surrounding mental and psychiatric health and advocating for mental, behavioral, and wellness programs that empower individuals and families to lead mentally healthy and fulfilling lives. We actively work to eliminate barriers to ensure mental health equity in our communities, which includes promoting community integration and well-coordinated care.
Our dedicated team adopts a holistic treatment approach, involving comprehensive psychiatric assessments/evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and medication management for individuals aged 6 years and older. These services are provided by licensed mental health professionals and practitioners who share our center’s vision of expanding access to mental health services tailored to individual needs and preferences. We consider our clients as active partners, collaborating with our professionals to address and manage their mental health challenges, all while promoting greater well-being and fulfillment for everyone involved.
