We take all health insurances in Maryland except for Kaiser Permanente.

Sound Wellness Center offers self-pay options to patients that are uninsured, to patients that have insurances that are not in our network, or to others that opted to pay for services that are not covered by their current insurance plans.

Please note that we are required to file a claim with all insurances that are in our network, even if it has a high deductible plan.

Self-pay patients pay in full at the time of service, either via telehealth or at the office. Please keep in mind that we are not required to submit any documentation to a third-party payer.

Pricing for self-pay services:

  • $385 – Initial Assessment
  • $180 – Routine /Follow-up visits / Medication Management
  • $125/20 mins – Telephone consultation Calls for new patients without an initial assessment
  • $250 – Medical Cannabis Evaluation
  • $100 per occurrence – Paperwork Completion for Temporary Disability, SSI benefits, and FMLA forms/all other state forms including Jury duty note request.
  • $25 per request- School accommodation letter, Doctor’s excuse letter for work/school.
  • $200 – Psychometric testing for ADHD
